The flat belt is divided into nylon base belts, polyester drive belts, and aramid drive belts according to the tensile layer.
It is suitable for the power of various industries and the corresponding light and medium-sized transportation. It is widely used in textile, printing, packaging, carpentry, tobacco, and other industries such as twisters, two-for-one twisters, automatic box pasting machines, offset presses, multi-drilling machines, trowel machines, ventilators, disintegrators, etc.
1. Nylon baseband has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, small elongation, good oil resistance and wear resistance, soft belt body, energy saving, and SO on.
2. Aramid transmission is the solution for small drive configuration, with great transmission efficiency and minimal spindle speed deviation.
3. Polyester drive belt has the advantages of nylon belts and aramid belts, with high reliability, long service life, and outstanding damping characteristics. It is more suitable for high-speed machines and can well handle small pulley diameters and reverse bending.

Can flat belts transport sharp objects?
